Sponsor Privileges

£200 plus vat

1.    Tea/Coffee and biscuits available in the Sponsors’ Room on the first floor of the Shopping & Exhibition Pavilion between 10am & 2pm
2.    Permission to erect one advertising banner in the judging ring or area of your designated sponsorship (if applicable).  Additional banners may be erected for £30 + VAT each.

3.    Acknowledgement in the Annual Report and social media. 

4.    Public address announcement/acknowledgement at the time of sponsored event (if applicable)

5.    Representative to award the prizes to the winners in the nominated Class/es (if applicable, and with prior arrangement)

£400 plus vat
As well as privileges 1,2,3,4&5 the Sponsor will receive 2 One Day Entry Tickets and 2 Reception Tickets. 

 

£600 plus vat
As well as privileges 1,2,3,4&5 the Sponsor will receive 2 Entry tickets for both days and an Advertising Banner for the Main Ring and 2 Reception Tickets.  

 

Silver Sponsorship £1,000 plus vat
As well as privileges 1,2,3,4 &5 the Sponsor will receive 4 Entry Tickets for both days, 4 Reception Tickets and 2 Main Ring Banners.

Gold Sponsorship £2,000 plus vat
As well as privileges 1,2,3,4&5 the Sponsor will receive 8 Entry Tickets for both days, 4 Reception Tickets and 2 Main Ring Banners. Plus photo opportunity with President at reception.

 

Strategic Partnership £5,000 plus vat
As well as privileges 1,2,3,4&5 the Sponsor will receive 10 Entry Tickets for both days, 10 Reception Tickets and 3 Main Ring Banners.
Opportunities exist to rebrand one of the Society’s principal buildings with your company’s logo. A photo opportunity with President as well as social media advertisement. Invitation to President’s dinner later in year.
