  • Whether you have hired the Showground before

 

We do not collect any other personal data through this website. We do not use cookies that track you across other websites, and we do not collect data through account registrations, newsletter sign-ups, or any other means at this time.
 

3. How We Use Your Personal Data

The personal data you submit via the venue hire enquiry form is used solely to:

  • Respond to your enquiry about hiring the Anglesey Showground

  • Assess suitability and availability of the site for your proposed event

  • Communicate with you regarding your enquiry, including arranging viewings or sending quotations

  • Administer and manage any resulting hire agreement

 

We will not use your data for marketing purposes, nor will we add you to any mailing list, without your explicit consent.

  • Enquiry data where no hire agreement results: up to 12 months from the date of your enquiry

  • Hire agreement data (including related correspondence): up to 7 years from the end of the hire period, in line with HMRC financial record-keeping requirements

 

After these periods, your data will be securely deleted or anonymised.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Your data may be accessed by:
